Moved to a new farm and recently put in the concrete pad and reinstalled the hot tub after 8 months in storage. The hydropool didn't fire up on initial start showing a pack connection fault which apparently is very expensive. Rang Hottub Doctor just before Christmas one evening and his advice was excellent and easy to understand. Removal of the panel and use of the wife's fancy hairdryer to remove any moisture around the PCB computer unit and pump controls... 10 mins later problem solved. Next issue was only half of the jets worked on near corner and back massager seats. The captains chair and two loungers had nothing. After another call to Jerry and some head scratching I removed the diverter valves and relieved an air lock solving the issue immediately. Now just awaiting max temp, a good clean/flush through, drain and repeat we may be able to use it in the next 24hrs fingers crossed. Missed using this with a large Gin and Tonic for so long now. Definitely getting these guys to come down and service the tub going forward. Top drawer!!
