This is an Air Manifold 3/4″RB x 3/8″SB (6PT).  It is commonly used with 3/4 inch vinyl pipe, Spaform Spas.

2-4-6 air manifold comes with 1 x rubber bung.  You can easily break this unit down to the desired number of outlets.
