Fantastic and friendly service, first time setting up a hot tub so needed some chemicals and advice. Went though every step with me, making it such an easy process and even made me a temporary jury rigged filter after I somehow misplaced my own. Would 100% recommend for all your hot tub needs.

Fab job yesterday from Simon and Gerry fitting Air source heat pump, energy usage has dropped a lot for today, and hot tub was getting hotter quicker last night. This hour has gone from using 0.80Kwh to zero with the energy efficiency and controller taking over the recirc pump. Thank you so much

Jerry and his team have helped me twice since having my tub. Having made a call to him about a problem he was on the phone trying to assist before sending out an engineer. The diagnosis meant an engineer was needed and thankfully one was available the same afternoon. Simon was efficient, polite and explained and showed me the problem. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Tom and Jerry (yes, seriously) are amazing!!! Their service is second to none. They gave advice when others would have charged a call out fee. When they did need to physically attend, they were efficient and economical. A truly 5 star service.

Excellent service. Really knowledgeable and friendly engineer. Diagnosed the problem and had the required part on his van so fixed within an hour. Honest and trustworthy I will definitely use again and happily recommend. Sorry he had to climb under the hedging to get to the workings we didn't think about that when siting the hot tub we were only concerned with the views.
