Wayne from hot tub drs came and mended our hot tub, even though we are in Pembrokeshire in wales a long way out of the way for them. he was very polite, and professional and let me know when he was coming, really helpful and hot tub working brilliantly now, highly recommended this company

This is the second time I have used hottub doctors, the first time Jerry quickly identified the problem which was a faulty pump. He sent me the replacement part and talked me through installing it. The second time the fault boiled down to a blown fuse, which I replaced. Both times I have found Jerry very helpful and knowledge. I will be returning should I have a problem and would not hesitate in recommending hottub doctors.

Used hot tub doctors twice so far for a new cover and lifters.
Looked at there reviews and that was the reason I decided to choose them, other companies were cheaper but not as good quality.
Wasn't sure of the cover I needed but after calling and sending photos to Jerry got the cover I needed, Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and also sourced some new pillows for me. Tom assisted me the second time I used them and again was extremely helpful.
Wayne was the guy that came out to us on both occasions and fitted the cover for us, really friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again if needed.
