Designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anyone looking to incorporate cold water immersion into their wellness routine, the UFC Duo combines durable construction, practical features and a spacious two-person design.
Whether you’re cooling down after training, enjoying a refreshing cold plunge or sharing a recovery session with a partner, the UFC Ice Bath Duo provides a convenient solution for cold water therapy at home or in a dedicated fitness and wellness space.
Unlike smaller individual ice baths, the UFC Duo features a generous oval-shaped design measuring 170 cm long, 92 cm wide and 67 cm high.
With a 350-litre water capacity, it can accommodate up to two adults simultaneously, depending on body size, making it suitable for shared cold water immersion sessions.
The UFC Ice Bath Duo features high-pressure Drop-Stitch technology, providing impressive rigidity and structural stability once inflated.
Its reinforced 15 cm Drop-Stitch construction extends across the walls and floor, creating a firm, supportive structure that resists sagging during use.
The result is an inflatable ice bath that combines the stability of a rigid structure with the convenience of a portable design.
The UFC Ice Bath Duo offers two ways to enjoy cold water immersion.
Manual Ice Cooling
Simply fill the bath with water and add ice to achieve your preferred cold plunge temperature.
Optional Water Chiller
For greater convenience and temperature control, the UFC Duo is compatible with a separate water chiller capable of cooling water to temperatures as low as 3°C.
Please note: The water chiller is not included with this ice bath and must be purchased separately.
The UFC Duo includes an insulated thermal cover designed to help minimise heat transfer and maintain water temperature between sessions.
Its reinforced handles make positioning and handling easier, while the durable construction is designed for repeated use.
Setting up your UFC Ice Bath Duo is straightforward. The included inflation pump allows the bath to be inflated in under five minutes, with the complete setup taking approximately ten minutes.
When not in use, the inflatable design allows for convenient storage and transportation using the supplied carry bag.
